Fresh Caught!

Fresh, never frozen halibut is one of the most delicious fish ever! Our friend caught a couple and brought us three filets. This has become a real treat, as the price in the grocery is now $18.00 per pound, which I will never pay! I sauteed onion, pepper, tomato, and mushroom and topped the sauteed halibut. Yummmm!
