Very pretty on the beach this morning. Right up until Rosie spotted a cluster of seagulls high up on the beach. She has learnt this means they had food so she dashed over, chased them away and had a good few minutes eating whatever it was before I got to her. Lead straight on and home we went, she knows she shouldn’t do it. We had been out for a while mind and obvs she will do it again.

Went back to the beach at lunch for a quick dip, sea still 10 degrees although I don’t know why I thought it might be any warmer yet. And full of waves, for once I was not an enthusiastic swimmer.

And Will to the dentist for a clean bill of health as far as he can achieve on his teeth where the enamel never grew. And a full day at work.
