Garden duties

I went for my first proper shift volunteering for Miss Traill’s House. I spent 2.5 hours chopping back elm tree suckers from the garden. Phew. That was a good workout. Here is a pic of part of the front garden. There were about 15 people there today, an impressive amount of volunteers. They are all friendly. 

Haven’t done much else today, now it’s dinner time. I usually post while waiting for the vegetables to cook. I check and comment in between other jobs, usually on the phone or iPad where ever I am.
