A Time and A Place

Several places actually.
A measly 22 images today but it's about seeing and experiencing. Apparently King Charles was in town. We saw the police presence and the band, but not the royal couple. I don't know what the Germans made of it all, but then it was a return to the family home almost.
Extras: A selection. The memorial to the Soviet War dead is impressive (I remember thinking the same in Vienna. I presume every East European capital has one. The television tower is the highest structure in Germany. If it collapses it will make a mess of Berlin. There station is HackescherMarkt, closest to where we stayed. A very efficient service (as you would expect). Farewell to Berlin. Can a place have too much History?
