Teenagers

So, after almost ten years, we are no longer parents of teenagers! K turned 20 today and we all met up to mark the occasion with a meal in the centre of Edinburgh. I took the bus from work, and as I walked across from the Mound, I spotted the statue of Ken Buchanan near the top of Leith Street. How the area has changed in the 50 years since he was undisputed world lightweight boxing champion. RIP

Earlier I'd spent half the day listening to student presentations, and the rest of the time coding. Tomorrow I have the last 14 of 22 groups to listen to, and that's the end of teaching until January of next year!
