Wild Garlic Pesto

It is that time of year again. This is the time to make wild garlic pesto. whilst the plant is young. 
I used to let my Tamworth pigs forage on this plant, little  choice really as they were free to roam my 8 acre  semi-ancient woodland.
And no, they did not taste of garlic. Simply made the meat sweeter.
