Pasque flower
I was going off in search of another John Piper stained glass window this morning but two things got in the way. First, the car battery was flat so I've had to put it on charge. This keeps happening. I suppose we should use it more. Second, the spaniel has a sprained foot and doesn't want to walk far. So I found myself wandering around the garden in search of a blip and was delighted to see Pulsatilla vulgarisa, the Pasque flower, which I thought had died away completely.
