Not another bull?

Im afraid so, there are more around than you might expect. This weather vane is on top of the Rookery Hotel in Peter's Lane, Smithfield, and is the view from my balcony window (they are the Barbican Towers in the background). The bull is pointing north, which is where the cold wind, and just now the hail and thunderstorm, came from... We are going to Italy on Monday, but it's nearly as cold there :-(

My camera club had a competition on Tuesday evening. With over 100 entries, four photos scored a perfect 10 out of 10. My best effort was 9 out of 10 for "Young lovers". The judge marked me down for overbright knees! "Are you looking at me?" got 8 (apparently it's a typical "Irish" image!), and "Big Sky" only 6 on the basis that one third of the frame was taken up with "empty" sky. He was a tough judge - no flaw escaped his eagle-eye :-(
