The Peacock butterfly was making the most of the few bursts of sunshine we had today, it was noticeably colder too when the grey cloud covered the sun.   I noticed a Brimstone flitting along whilst I was driving to have lunch with Maddie.    
I've bought some vegetable seeds, french beans, peas, carrots and beetroot, so I've spent a couple of hours this afternoon making a bed ready for when  they need to be sown.    Think I'll leave it a while longer as we've had a sharp frost for the third consecutive morning.
