New glass

Discovered via a YouTube video on how to remove Velux blinds that there was a recall on some of their windows. I typed in the code for all of ours and all of our big bedroom windows were part of the recall. 4 in total. I contacted Velux and arranged someone to come up and replace the glass free of charge even though the windows are way beyond their 10 year warranty. Amazing service. The fitter also gave we some tips on maintenance and even arrange to send some lacquer to us when we sand down the frames this summer.
