Earl of Dudley

Following our first visit to Witley Court the other day we read that the 1st Earl of Dudley was buried in Worcester Cathedral.  So we went over to see if we could find him.  I expected a plaque and was surprised at the ornate monument erected for the Earl.  Apparently he was a generous benefactor to the cathedral.   We also discovered that he is not actually buried there, his remains are at Witley, presumably at the church graveyard, we will have to go and have a look.  

In other news: it rained today, it rained all day!
