New SIM

Took the dogs up Carlton hill first thing this morning and Darwin had a great time with rope toy. Boring day at work but at least mum managed to get here OK on the train. We were out of contract at the end of the month for the mobiles and BT wanted us to move to EE instead to get a better deal. Sim cards were due to arrive today but only one turned up. Spent 15 minutes talking to BT who then put me through to EE. The EE guy on the phone was hopeless, even though I’d passed BT security I still had to pass EE security, but I’d not swapped the sim card over yet so he couldn’t do it on my mobile. Ended up having to hunt through stuff to find my account number to finally get in. Turns out that there is a 2-3 day delivery time on SIM cards not 1 day as promised. Did call BT back to complain and got £30 off to cover any costs if the other card didn’t arrive in time for the holiday, much better service. Early to bed after sorting that.
