Younger than you...

or 'it' at least!! I am glad to say I am younger than this magnificent building. It is a Tithe Barn from the early 15th Century. (no.. really, I am younger than it!!)

What a completely wonderful space it is. Peppered with holes along the sides for ventilation ..(made it exceptionally cold to wander about in to be honest!) and constructed just beautifully.. just take a look at that roof!!.. they certainly knew how to build back then!! There was an art exhibition in it today but my eye was more caught by the building than the art!! Oops!!

(makes mental note to never set up an exhibition in a space that is more magnificent than the art!)
