Charcuterie

Charcuterie. Wine: Cascina Valle Asinari Barbera d'Asti 2019.

We left the Grand Canyon yesterday afternoon (a snowy day) and spent the night in Williams, Arizona. Today we visited the Hoover Dam on the way to Las Vegas. This was our dinner at Eataly in Vegas. We will be here until Saturday, then we head home. The wine was passable, and everything else was excellent.
