Spring flowers

Ours is a very old church and churchyard. Right outside the west door is this ancient tomb and at this time of year it always has pretty wild flowers growing in the crevices.
The church was open and I went inside because I wanted to see the result of the recent alterations. They have taken away all the Victorian pews and they have been replaced with these modern chairs. Very practical, but not beautiful. (Extra) All the beautifully worked kneelers are now displayed in specially made cabinets. (Extra) I am glad these have not been discarded, they mean so much to the people who made them and represent the different organisations in the village. The WI kneeler was in another cabinet (extra) and was upside down! I put it right.
