Out to lunch!

We had a trip down memory lane today going to a pub restaurant/ carvery, where we had all been several times in the distant past.
Our lovely visitor’s time here has gone so quickly.
She had a catch-up with our son and family this morning.
Tomorrow morning very early she drives up to Manchester airport, to return the hire car, and catch her flight to Dallas via JFK in New York.
The last time we were over there was November 2018.
She is coming back at some point for a holiday, having had to spend part of the time working whilst over here.
We will now be back to our usual Sunday evening video call.
