Why the long face

Because someone he/she/them has been having a lovely time ordering alot of food from deliveroo using my bank card... twice!!
Never used  deliveroo, we cant even get it where we are.

Trying to talk to the bank via a bot is a joke. 

It will get sorted out but you just dont need it.
