I'm not familiar with this fish so I've just been reading up on it - it looks better than the Vietnamese Catfish (AKA Basa) which is cheap but has a horridable taste; it needs a strong sauce to mask the flavour. 

Anyways, that's not why I'm here. I'm here to tell you that, despite it being an invasive weed, Morrisons are selling bamboo, it's thirty quid a pop. No sign of any warnings that it'll take over any garden and is impossible to get rid of without resorting to dynamite.
