The beach again

After a grey rainy day yesterday I went to the beach before it gets busy tomorrow.

The sun was warm but there was a cold wind. And some heavy showers.

I found a piece of news today quite strange. The lady who died of bowel cancer, ‘Bowelbabe’ raised £11.2 million pounds for research into the disease. That’s magnificent. But a few days ago I heard that the Govt was throwing £10million at Liverpool for their expenses in putting on the Eurovision Song Contest. I just don’t understand how they can just ‘find’ that money when other people work so hard to raise money for cancer research. I don’t see how Liverpool really needs that money.
