Mystery fireplace

I'd forgotten this fancy fireplace sits in an external wall in a street in Hyde, Winchester.

I can't find anything about it, but Hyde was an important medieval suburb and the site of Hyde Abbey. The abbey was destroyed after the Dissolution and many stones were dissipated around the locality.
