We took the bullet train from Brussels to Paris, where we transferred from Gare du Nord to this station. Then we boarded a train to Strasbourg, where Jill has a symposium tomorrow and Saturday.

It was a long train ride to Strasbourg, about 4 1/2 hours, but it was nice to relax and take in the countryside. I love seeing all the vineyards.

We got to Strasbourg in the evening and took the light rail to our hotel.
