Green

This should have been grapes or apples but a bad attack of my BPPV this morning prevented a trip to the shop to replenish the fruit bowl. Yummy asparagus that will accompany my fish for tea instead :)

Felt fine first thing and set off on the drive to work, got very disoriented during a bizarre hailstorm but managed to get to my parents where, as I got out of the car, the vertigo hit in a big way.

After a bad night (thunderstorms at 4am meant Stella had a rare seizure at 5am) I think the tiredness made my symptoms worse but feel ok again now, as does she thankfully :)
