Friends

I’m missing EmCoops and our swims on Wednesdays :-( but I headed off to Park Road Lido and did my longest ever swim. It took 2 1/4 hours and I only stopped once because my swimming cap popped off. It makes me feel a little more ok about the big swim in France, fast approaching.

And this evening, a happy meal out with this lot from church. :-))
