Ahoy, sailor!

It's windy out today. Red, white and blue flags are flapping around like mad at the docks. Why are they there? As part of the celebration to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic. (If you look in the background you'll see a battleship, that's HMS Pembroke.)
