Piot Bread
The recipe for this bread was in our local paper this week- it is bread from Belgium, I believe?
I haven’t made it before- it is very tasty, however needs a lot of kneading and resting…so I probably won’t make it again.
The extra was taken on my walk with Frida this morning out at the wetlands- there is now an added layer of colour.
A beautiful time of the year.
