Anhinga Rookery

Went kayaking with the River Patrol crew today on the Silver River.  There is a very old rookery near the head springs.  Over the years the dead trees have fallen but still enough remain to host a few birds.  Looks like these two are sun seekers but really dad is trying to keep junior from attacking his beak because that is where the goodies come from.  Little dinosaurs are hungry ALL the time.
