Chiffchaff

It has been beautifully sunny today so, after a slow morning, I went out for a walk in the late morning sunshine. I captured the singing wren in the extra in the park then wandered along to some woods next to the Water of Leith to see what birds I could spot. I heard chiffchaffs last weekend so had been hoping I might see one, and I did. And I got a photo of it, the first time I've managed that. So lovely to see.

Posting my blip a little earlier than usual as I'm heading off to my mum's for Easter weekend. Looking forward to a few days away.
