Fun at Chirk

It's Good Friday today.

This morning O and I picked up F then collected me for a trip to Chirk Castle Easter Egg Trail.  My brother M and J and their friend arrived at my house just as we were leaving to go to the castle plant fair.  It was lovely to see them if only for a short time.

I was a great Easter Bunny - her mum had painted her face.  There were lots of activities for the children at 10 egg stations. Photos show a couple of them.  The third is of the statue of Hercules, the daffodils on the bank leading up to him were looking beautiful. The final station was where the children were given an Easter Egg for completing the trail.

It was a good day of entertainment for children with plenty to do.
