A Good Friday

Finished two week course of antibiotics - have received appointment for consultation with podiatrist - throughout the day have walked three miles - greatest distance covered since toe injury - most of it outside - admit walking sandals and socks aren’t a good look and the pace is slower than I’m used to - enjoyed being outdoors on a sunny day -a refreshing change after sitting indoors for so long - a Good Friday
