Let there be light

We don’t realize how much we rely on electricity and piped water until we lose them for a while. Our inverter (which makes ‘mains’ electric current from our solar charged 24v batteries) has failed so we can’t pump water ,but we have a tiny 12v inverter that I can connect to half the batteries (swapping it to the other half every now and then) which at least gives us light, internet and charges the phones!
