I was buzzing looking forward to a family trip to see my Mum,  youngest brothers family (4 kids) today in Mumbles. 6 hour drive to Mumbles (+1.5 hrs due to roadworks and expected peak level of traffic).

Delighted to see everyone mingling so well. Exhausted and struggling to speak and eat today so had to miss out on most of the fun. Joyful playing football against my nephew (6yrs) and hugging everyone. Feeling emotional for a change about my condition, it's impact on my beloved and lack of engagement time. Overall feeling happy for the many memorable good parts
