Risotto...

...with ham, peas, baby broad beans & mint! Bloody delicious even if I say so myself! Love cooking in the cast iron pot & with the wonderful coconut oil, it keeps all the individual parts' flavours locked in and results in such clean cooked food. Happy missus tonight... :)
