Proud Mums!

They were so proud to show off their broods!  And on a nice morning too. :-))

After breakfast found my shopping list and headed around to S'bury's for my shopping, does make a difference  going a bit earlier, I was back here by 10.15am. Sue popped in for a coffee and chat. After which I went out to do some gardening, and continued after lunch, and got the rose bed pretty well up to scratch now, just got to put some feed for them down.

As I was packing up this afternoon, and taking tools back around to the workshop, the gulls made a racket, and as I came into view of the courtyard a sparrowhawk had taken off with the male blackbird that had been visiting the bird table :-(
