Groves

It’s Chris’s birthday today and I was invited to lunch at Helen and Peter’s house in Reigate. Helen (Chris’s Mum) cooked up a feast with a Greek theme (extra)

We played croquet afterwards in the back garden, not a game I’m very familiar with but it was good fun and Benji (18 months old) loved moving the balls around! It was nice to get to know Chris’s family a bit better, some of them I had only met at the wedding in August and there wasn’t much time to talk then…

I went back briefly with Sarah and Chris to their flat and I’m now on the train to Uckfield. So hard to say goodbye:-(
