London life: Walking to work....
....through the early morning haze, it's the most well used walk to work in London as thousands of city workers flow out of London Bridge station across the bridge and into the square mile, it's not a walk that you want to make against the flow of traffic but it's entertaining to watch especially from in the middle of it.
The walk is popular for 2 main reasons, London Bridge station services a lot of commuter towns on the outskirts of South London (a) it can be easier to just arrive and walk to your destination rather than entering a heaving underground system and (b) it can save you a lot of money because it means that you don't have to pay additional for travelling on the underground on top of your train ticket. So like clockwork every weekday morning the eastern side of London Bridge becomes a human travelator.
So blipping aside the most important task of the day was attending Alexs school play. Hansel and Gretel, where Alex was a narrator. Did he do well?, well Jayne's blip answer that question, I also want some more London stuff to taken over the last couple of days, my alternative picture to my blip yesterday, a quick Camden Town shot and a shot of Nelson while they put up the fan-zone for Saturdays big game.
I've gone London mad
