Asleep On The Hoof

Blue winged teals turning in for the night or just taking a nap? First turtle of the season as the temperature reached 60°F today. Even so, seems a bit early in the season.

Also saw the kingfisher again and watched it diving for fish. I even saw it catch a fish, but it was mostly obscured whilst bashing it on a branch before consuming it. At least it wasn't a one off and maybe I'll have more chances.
