It’s A Party!

Our friends have been trying to have a joint birthday party for three years. Covid and the weather got in the way, but today it finally all came together and well over a hundred people gathered in the alley outside their house to celebrate. It’s a ukulele crowd so a lot of folks brought their gear, there was plenty of food, and friends and family came from far and wide.Quite an extravaganza, with everyone delighted that the weather changed and we could enjoy the sun and fresh air. It was a little too much excitement for me—came home and got in my jammies and took a nap!
