Away you go tonsillitis

Just one thing... How is it possible to take two tablets four (equally spaced) times a day on an empty stomach or (to be fair) 60 minutes before food without eating at bizarre times or waking in the night? Do I ever have an empty stomach? Do I have to eat after 60 minutes whether I'm hungry or not? Will I implode/self destruct if I don't quite manage to get it quite right? Anti-bs you wonderful/irritating things.
