Bobcat Legs and a Howling Coyote

This afternoon, a bobcat walked right past our patio slider. I looked up in time to see his bobbed tail and back legs. Even in mosey-mode, he disappeared before I reached the door. Another just-missed-him moment.

Before sunset, Sundance joined me out back to listen for coyotes. One howled for quite a while, but no others joined him. He sounded close, but their voices carry a long way.
Another night, then.
