The May is out.

I am never sure whether the old adage "ne'er cast a clout till May be out" means the month or bush/tree.  On our walk yesterday it was clear the tree was out.  Every hedgerow was lit up with the white of the tiny little flowers.  Anyhow, a clout may well be cast as the temperatures are predicted to reach 17°C today.
