Stroll over the Hill

Looking down on NE Edinburgh.

A 2nd Saturday Strollers walk on a great day. Walked from Waverley to and around Arthur's Seat, then over to Duddingston by way of the community orchard, where the new fruit trees were flourishing. Eggs were pitched down the hill at @lovenature's direction; some survived to be eaten. 15 people, one or two new to me. Good conversation as well as walking. 

Stopped in to the Fruitmarket Gallery on my way back ; Linda Alyosius sculpture in extra. Out again later to fetch a newspaper.
