New puppy

Bryan and family arrived this morning with Luna their Cocker Spaniel and a surprise new puppy. Solomon. We didn’t know he was chosen and collected 2 days ago. The other mob arrived and we had the Easter Egg hunt and roast dinner. Nina made apple crumble.

We put the baby in a bed in the shower recess so he could have a rest and be separated from the boisterous Onken. 5 minutes later he wandered out and joined in the fun. No fighting! He seems placid at the moment.

They have all gone home and now I’m curled up with Onken the Jack Russell who is staying for the school holidays while they head off on an adventure.
