What's this in my hand!!

This is Dennis, my next door neighbour. Fine figure of a man. He doesn't do DIY, so when the paint brush comes out its a bit of an event. He was doing a bit of 'touching up' on his wall, Lil, his wife took great pains to point out the bits he had missed!!

Busy day again, managed to do my spinning session, much to the relief of Kelvin, at one stage yesterday there was doubt whether I would manage the spinathon on Saturday, but my back is okay. Cleaned the car, house and hosed down the patio. Off to the airport to pick up our friends, then out for a cheap chinese.
