A day of firsts

After several hours processing images from Cyprus, I was ready to stretch my legs at Old Sulehay. I hadn't intended going too far, as I was afraid the overnight rain would have turned the woodland paths into a mudbath. But it was a lovely spring afternoon, and I ended up doing the full circuit, despite the mud. 

It was a day of firsts for me:

First Hairy-footed Flower Bees nectaring on Primrose
Masses of Hairy Violet
First Toothwort of the year
First Bluebell

Lovely, as usual, but I'm still missing Cyprus though...
