Seed sowing - part 2

The seed sowing mission continues. And the weather isn't against me today fortunately!

So far I've done 2 beds.

Bed No 1 has
- Row 1: Potatoes (already planted)
- Row 2: Lambs lettuce
- Row 3: Rainbow chard
- Row 4: Carrots 
- Row 5: Winter lettuce
- Row 6: Garlic (already planted)

Bed No 2 has
- Row 1: Garlic (already planted)
- Row 2: Beetroot 
- Row 3: Green purslane 
- Row 4: Radish (followed by leeks later in the season)
- Row 5: Superfood kale mix
- Row 6: Potatoes (already planted)

Two more beds to sow (hopefully tomorrow).

I read that mixing crops within the same bed reduces the risk of pest damage and removes the need for companion planting. If RHS gardens are doing it, why not give it a go? It'll be interesting to see what happens.
