What a bright and beautiful spring day! • MrsP and I took our first post-winter tour of the yard today, marveling new life, picking up branches and sticks for burning and discussing our outdoor to-do list, which begins tomorrow • Budded Daffodils (pictured), Jonquils, Tulips and Alliums are on their way! • We spotted lots of Miner bees flying low over mulch and dirt in our backyard in search of nesting areas where they’ll soon bore solitary holes to raise their young • Looking forward to fresh roasted asparagus and scalloped potatoes for dinner tonight. A large white rabbit left a bag of jelly beans, too… • Happy Easter!
