Cuckoo

 think this Bee with it's stripy legs is Melecta albifrons, the cuckoo bee of the Hairy-footed Flower Bee. The females go into the nesting holes of the Hairy-footed Flower bees and lay their egg on the collected pollen supply, thus ensuring it's own survival without any effort - hence the name Cuckoo Bee.
