Long and slow

We meet some little friends today for a bike ride which was lovely. Lots of stopping and some park time. Interesting to meet a woman in such a similar situation to myself and I hadn’t realised.
Came home and into the garden we went. I thought I would whip through this job. An hour later and I was shocked. I didn’t give in but 25 might take me a while to sort!!
We have sorted the garden again today and had a nice play outside in the growing sunshine in the warm afternoon.
