Bayeux Cathedral

The cathedral was concecrated in 1077 and thought to be the initial home for the Bayeux tapestry. We viewed the tapestry in the Bayeux Museum nearby, no photos allowed. We where also excited to see a David Hockney exhibition ‘A Year in Normandie’. Both exhibition pieces viewed while walking slowly by as recommended by David Hockney in a film prior to the viewing.
