Any goodies in there!??

I laugh when watching these guys and the goldfinches at the hanger... They blatantly go through it, chucking out anything that doesn't take their fancy!


Today looked warmer than it was.... Chilly wind. :-(
Could of quite happily put my wooly hat on!

Had a nice wee run tonight and yesterday I made it to the gym. Back on the "training" wagon. (hopefully not fall off again any time soon!!)
